Filari di Mazzon Pinot Nero Alto Adige DOC Carlotto presents an elegant, slender profile. In the glass it shows a light ruby color; on the nose ripe cherry, raspberry and light floral notes emerge, well integrated with subtle spicy hints. The palate is agile, medium-bodied, supported by a vibrant freshness and fine tannins that delineate its structure without weighing it down, with a subtle mineral streak that lengthens the finish. It is a precise Pinot Noir, more oriented toward balance than opulence, with a composed and pleasant character.

The pleasant fruit and the savory finish make it suitable for a wide range of pairings: roasted poultry, mushrooms, delicate cured meats and medium-aged cheeses. Serve cool, around 14–16 °C, to appreciate its aromatic expression and drinkability. It is a wine that invites everyday drinking but holds its own at a more refined table; it displays finesse without artifice and suits both informal dinners and more sophisticated convivial moments.
