Franciacorta DOCG Grande Cuvée Alma Brut by Bellavista represents a standout example in the production of traditional method Italian sparkling wines. This wine results from a masterful blend of Chardonnay, Pinot Bianco, and Pinot Nero, varieties that provide structure and complexity to its aromatic bouquet. Produced in the renowned Franciacorta region in Lombardy, the Grande Cuvée Alma Brut benefits from the unique climatic and soil characteristics that define this prestigious designation.

The vinification process adheres strictly to the traditional method protocol, featuring a second fermentation in the bottle and a maturation period on the lees that extends for at least 36 months. This process intensifies the wine's taste and olfactory complexity, enriching it with nuances ranging from fresh fruit scents to more evolved notes of toasted bread and nuts.

Visually, the Grande Cuvée Alma Brut displays a brilliant straw-yellow color, marked by fine and persistent perlage, an undeniable indicator of high quality. The nose reveals an intensely fragrant bouquet, with white-fleshed fruits blending with delicate floral notes and a faint hint of almond.

On the palate, the Franciacorta DOCG Grande Cuvée Alma Brut shows an extraordinary harmony, perfectly balancing acidity and freshness. Its creamy texture concludes with a long and clean finish, leaving room for mineral reminiscences and a subtle citrus vein.

Ideal as an aperitif, this sparkling wine pairs wonderfully with fish dishes, light appetizers, and white meats, consistently showcasing its ability to enhance flavors. The exclusive presentation in a case also makes it a classy gift for special occasions.
