The Bellavista Franciacorta DOCG Grande Cuvée Alma Brut Magnum represents one of the most refined and elegant expressions of Italian traditional method sparkling wine. Originating from the prestigious Franciacorta area in Lombardy, this sparkling wine is produced with selected Chardonnay, Pinot Nero, and Pinot Bianco grapes, which lend balance and complexity to the blend.

The Grande Cuvée Alma Brut is distinguished by its winemaking method, which follows rigorous quality standards. Fermentation partially takes place in small oak barrels, a detail that enhances the aromatic profile of the wine with subtle notes of vanilla and sweet spices. This is followed by a long maturation on the yeast that lasts at least 36 months, giving the Franciacorta a creamy texture and extremely fine bubbles.

Visually, the color is a bright straw yellow with golden reflections, while the nose opens with scents of fresh fruit like peach and citrus, enriched by nuances of bread crust and almond due to the evolution on the yeast.

On the palate, the Franciacorta Grande Cuvée Alma Brut is elegant and harmonious, with a perfect balance between lively acidity and structured body. The finish is lasting and clean, with a return of the fruity and yeasty notes that invite another sip.

Ideally served at a temperature of 6-8°C, this sparkling wine is perfect as an aperitif, but also pairs well with light appetizers, fish dishes, or white meats. The Magnum format is ideal for celebrations, ensuring that every toast is a moment of pure shared pleasure.
