Bellavista, one of the most prestigious wineries in Lombardy, has created a product of exclusive elegance: the Franciacorta DOCG Grande Cuvée Alma Non Dosato. This sparkling wine, refined and meticulously packaged, represents the quintessence of perfection in traditional method winemaking.

The term "Non Dosato" indicates that no sugar was added after the second fermentation, allowing the wine to best express the natural qualities of the soil and grapes. Sourced from Chardonnay, Pinot Noir, and Pinot Blanc grapes, grown on the extraordinary hilly terroir of Franciacorta, this sparkling wine is the result of careful selection and a long period of bottle aging.

On the nose, the Grande Cuvée Alma Non Dosato offers a complex bouquet, with nuances ranging from fresh bread crust to white flowers, and even delicate notes of citrus and almond. On the palate, it presents with an elegant structure and lively freshness, balanced by great minerality and an aromatic persistence that concludes with a clean, refreshing finish.

Ideal as an aperitif, this style of Franciacorta pairs wonderfully with raw fish dishes, light appetizers, and seafood preparations. Its complexity and decisive character also make it an excellent companion throughout the meal.

The packaging in which it is presented also makes it a classy gift option for any wine enthusiast or to celebrate special moments. A pure expression of the Franciacorta territory, Bellavista's Grande Cuvée Alma is a superb choice for those seeking a rich and gratifying sensory experience.
