This wine represents excellence in the style of Ca' del Bosco, embodying the tradition of bubbles with over 30 years of experience, and perfectly captures the essence of the Franciacorta territory. The special edition "Edizione 45" celebrates the history of the winery, and reflects the uniqueness of the various terroirs of the region.
It is the fruit of the best Chardonnay grapes, with a small percentage of Pinot Noir and Pinot Blanc. The vines, with an average age of 19-29 years, grow on clay and limestone soil. After separate vinification in steel tanks for 8 months, the grapes combine with reserves from the best years to create the perfect Cuvée. The refermentation in the bottle, according to the Classic Method, and the aging on the yeasts for approximately 25 months give the wine a unique and complex personality.
The wine presents itself with a bright straw yellow coat, crossed by thin and persistent bubbles. On the nose, it releases delicate hints of citrus, apple, white peach and exotic fruit, enriched with notes of pastry, dried fruit and minerality. The lively, lively and fresh taste invites tasting, offering a pleasant fruity finish.
Perfect with fresh fish appetizers, carpaccio, sushi or seafood risotto, it demonstrates its gastronomic versatility.
