On the nose, crisp red fruits—strawberry and cherry—emerge, supported by floral violet notes and a hint of spice. The profile is approachable but not simplistic, with bright acidity that gives freshness and a fine tannic texture that keeps the palate clean; the texture remains smooth and light. It is the young, straightforward expression of Freisa, pleasant to drink and with that slight bitter return that makes it recognizable.

On the palate the sip is frank, dominated by fresh fruit and a touch of bitterness characteristic of the variety; the finish is savory and invites another sip. Versatile at the table, it accompanies cured meats, traditional Piedmontese dishes, tomato-based sauces, soft cheeses and roasted white meats; ideal for informal dinners and convivial aperitifs. Serve around 14-16 °C, slightly chilled to enhance its freshness. A ready-to-drink wine with enough personality to support simple but tasty preparations.

Winery history
The Brezza family has owned vineyards in Barolo since 1885; the company name comes from Giacomo Brezza and the first documented bottling dates to the early 20th century. The business has remained family-run and has developed by preserving the historic cellars while combining tradition with some technological interventions in winemaking.
Production philosophy
Enhancing the crus and the Langhe territory, prioritizing winemaking that respects the grapes' characteristics: a traditional approach for the great reds and stainless-steel vinification for the fresher styles. Cultivation is oriented toward organic farming, as evidenced by the company's certification.
Terroir and vineyards
The winery is located in the municipality of Barolo, Piedmont. Its estate vineyards include parcels within the MGA of Cannubi, Castellero and Sarmassa; there are also vineyard plots in other municipalities of the Langhe such as Monforte d'Alba, Novello and in the area between Alba and Diano d'Alba.
