The profile is lively, marked by citrus and floral notes, with an herbal undertone and a saline note that defines its style. The entry is fresh, taut but not dry; the balance is supported by good acidity that keeps the sip flowing, while the structure remains light yet convincing thanks to a pleasant texture. There is a final sapidity that lengthens the finish and a subtle Mediterranean character that makes it easy and enjoyable.

On the palate it delivers white fruit and lemon zest, with a clean, persistent finish that invites a second glass. As an organic wine from Camigliano, it shows authentic freshness and straightforward drinkability, ideal with raw seafood, light soups or grilled vegetables; it also works well with herb-forward dishes and fresh cheeses. Serve around 10–12 °C in a large glass to appreciate its depth, minerality and rhythm on the palate.
