The Gevrey-Chambertin Premier Cru "Le Fonteny" produced by Domaine Serafin represents a true expression of elegance and power, typical of Burgundy. This wine comes from one of the most prestigious areas and masterfully celebrates the uniqueness of the Gevrey-Chambertin terroir.

Distinguished by its intense ruby color, the Gevrey-Chambertin "Le Fonteny" offers a complex bouquet, where predominant notes of ripe red fruits such as cherry and raspberry are followed by nuances of wet earth and delicate spices, including vanilla and black pepper, derived from refined barrel aging.

On the palate, the wine opens with a solid structure and well-integrated tannins that promise good longevity. A balanced acidity leads to a long and persistent finish, a characteristic sign of high-end wines from this region. It is recommended to decant it for a few hours to fully enjoy its complexity or to wait a few years to observe its evolution.

Perfect for accompanying elaborate red meat dishes, game, or aged cheeses, the Gevrey-Chambertin Premier Cru "Le Fonteny" is an excellent choice for Burgundy wine lovers seeking a bottle for meditation or special occasions.
