Pairing Spicy dishes, aged cheeses, Asian cuisine
The Gewürztraminer Trentino DOC from Santa Margherita presents an immediately recognizable aromatic profile: intense and enveloping, it leans toward floral notes and a slight spicy touch that does not overpower. In the glass it shows a bright straw color and a bouquet that recalls white flowers, hints of ripe-fleshed fruit and an exotic aromatic accent; overall it remains elegant, without excess, and invites the sip with good olfactory depth.

On the palate it confirms a soft, full texture, accompanied by freshness and a sapidity that make the wine balanced and easy-drinking. The persistence is pleasant and leaves a memory of the spicy notes that echo on the finish. Excellent with spiced dishes, delicate Asian cuisine, flavorful cheeses or structured appetizers; it also lends itself as a wine for contemplation. Serve chilled, avoiding temperatures that are too low so as not to mute the aromatic character.
