The Grüner Veltliner Alto Adige DOC from Nossing is a white wine in the producer's range, bearing the indication of origin from northern Italy. In the glass it appears straw-yellow, with a clear, restrained aromatic profile: it may recall green apple, citrus and a peppery note reminiscent of white pepper, accompanied by noticeable mineral freshness. The entry is direct and clean, with good acidity that supports the sip without excess.

It is suited to relatively early consumption to enjoy its liveliness; it is recommended to serve it chilled, around 8–10 °C, and to pair it with simply prepared fish, grilled vegetables and herb-based dishes. For those seeking an everyday wine with a distinct identity, it offers a balance between brightness and sapidity that makes it versatile by the glass. Storage in a cool, stable cellar and drinking within a few years enhance the overall experience.
