The Sylvaner Alto Adige DOC from Nossing is a white wine with a sober, linear profile and balanced freshness that makes it easy to drink. It shows a pale straw color; on the nose there are delicate scents of white‑fleshed fruit, light floral notes and some herbal hints, accompanied by a mineral nuance that contributes to gustatory clarity. On the palate it displays a saline texture and lively acidity, with a generally dry, measured finish that leaves room for simple enjoyment. Overall it offers an immediate, unassuming drinking experience, ideal for those seeking pleasure without excess.

A versatile white, suitable as an aperitif and able to support light dishes: seafood starters, baked or grilled fish, salads and fresh cheeses. It is advisable to serve it cool but not ice‑cold to appreciate the more subtle aromas. It lends itself to youthful consumption, when liveliness and aromatic clarity are most evident; those looking for complex, structured wines may prefer other options.
