Pairing Flavorful first and main courses; spicy cuisine
The Lacrima di Morro d'Alba DOP from Cesaroni appears in a bright ruby with violet highlights. On the nose it opens to a range of red berries, rose petals and light spice notes, with a herbal hint that adds freshness. The entry on the palate is soft and enveloping: red fruit returns, alongside gentle tannins and a lively acidity that balances the structure. The finish is persistent, tasty and invites another sip without becoming heavy.

It pairs well with charcuterie starters, first courses with light meat sauces, white meats and medium-aged cheeses; it can support traditional regional dishes without overpowering them. Suitable for informal, convivial occasions when one seeks an accessible yet characterful wine. Serve at 16–18 °C in a wide tulip glass; open a few minutes before pouring to let the aromatics breathe if desired. Store away from light and heat sources.
