This Passerina IGT from Cesaroni offers a fresh, linear profile consistent with the grape variety's character. On the nose there are scents of white flowers, citrus and white peach, accompanied by light herbal and mineral notes. On the palate a good acidity supports a lean structure, with clean fruity returns and a dry, persistent finish. Its appearance is clear and bright, with delicate highlights. The body is light-to-medium, suitable for those seeking an easy-drinking white with sufficient presence.

Serve chilled, around 8-10 °C, in a tulip-shaped white wine glass or a wide glass for young whites. It pairs simply with fish dishes, shellfish, composed salads, light pasta and fresh cheeses. It is also fitting as an aperitif or as a go-to bottle for everyday consumption. Storage note: consume within a short time to enjoy the primary freshness.
