The Langhe Nebbiolo DOC Ginestrino from Conterno Fantino is an organic red wine that conveys the varietal character of Nebbiolo with a measured territorial expression. In the glass it shows a ruby color with slight transparency; on the nose it opens with scents of dried flowers, small red fruits and light spicy notes, supported by a typical floral profile. On the palate it is slim, with present but well-integrated tannins and a freshness that keeps the sip lively. Extract and structure remain restrained, promoting an overall balance that invites attentive, repeated tastings.

It pairs well with Piedmontese cuisine, dishes of white or moderately cooked red meats, semi-aged cheeses and preparations with mushrooms. Recommended serving temperature is around 16–18 °C and, if desired, a brief decanting or aeration can open the aromas; store in a cool, dark place. A suitable choice for those seeking a Nebbiolo with an authentic profile and respect for organic farming, without organoleptic overstatement.
