Le Pavillon AOP Ermitage 2022 by Chapoutier is a red wine identified on the label by the AOP Ermitage designation and the 2022 vintage. It may appeal to those looking for a red wine associated with this designation, or seeking a bottle to serve with a meal or give as a gift. The available information does not specify the grape variety, aromatic profile or ageing methods. For these details, it is best to consult the producer’s technical sheet or the bottle label.

At the table, it can be paired with meat dishes, savoury preparations or cheeses, depending on the recipe and personal preference. The serving temperature can also be adjusted to suit the occasion and individual taste. After opening, allowing a short pause before tasting may help you observe how the wine presents itself in the glass. The designation and vintage are useful guides when choosing, but they do not replace checking the specific characteristics of the bottle. A red wine to serve thoughtfully, letting the dish and the occasion guide how it is enjoyed.
