Locone Cabernet from Tenuta Bocca di Lupo is a red wine labeled Castel del Monte DOC, produced organically. In the glass it shows an intense ruby colour and a pleasant freshness; on the nose there are hints of ripe red fruit, light herbaceous notes and spicy touches, forming a sober and recognisable profile. The structure is supported yet balanced, with present but non-aggressive tannins and a persistence that encourages attentive tasting. The estate follows organic viticulture and manages the vineyard with attention to environmental sustainability.

It pairs well with traditional dishes such as grilled red meats, medium-structured roasts and not overly strong aged cheeses. It also suits mushroom-based dishes and flavourful sauces. Serve slightly cool for a red to highlight its freshness and balance; a short decanting in a carafe can be helpful for younger bottles. Ideal for informal dinners and convivial moments when seeking an authentic, measured organic Cabernet.
