Lucente Toscana IGT by Tenuta Luce, an enchanting expression from the renowned Frescobaldi winery, reflects the excellence and passion with which it is crafted. Though Lucente is the second wine from the estate, it is not any less prestigious, designed to offer an accessible yet profound interpretation of the unique terroir of Montalcino.

Resulting from a meticulous selection of Sangiovese and Merlot grapes, this wine exhibits remarkable complexity. The color is intensely ruby, with reflections that anticipate the rich aromatic bouquet that unfolds. Fruity notes of blackberries and cherries harmoniously blend with more evolved hints of chocolate and vanilla, thanks to partial aging in French oak barriques, which also provide an elegant and well-structured tannic texture.

On the palate, Lucente stands out for its perfect balance between the robustness typical of Sangiovese and the softness of Merlot, creating a full yet harmonious sip. The fineness of the tannins merges with a pleasant freshness, leading to a persistent and aromatically intense finish.

This wine pairs beautifully with red meat dishes, such as Florentine steak or herb-rich roasts, and is also ideal with aged cheeses. Its versatility makes it an excellent companion for casual evenings as well, representing an outstanding example of how elegance and accessibility can go hand in hand.
