The Montravel Sec Sauvignon from Chateau Moulin Caresse is a refined and vibrant expression of Sauvignon Blanc, originating from a region often celebrated for its ability to produce white wines of exceptional quality. Grown in clay-limestone soils, this wine reflects the typical freshness and vibrancy that characterize the best Sauvignon Blancs.

Visually, it presents a bright straw-yellow color, while on the nose it reveals an intricate bouquet of fresh fruit aromas, such as lime and kiwi, enriched with floral nuances and a slight herbaceous touch. On the palate, the Montravel Sec offers a fresh and clean entry, with a well-balanced minerality leading to a persistent and aromatic finish.

Perfect as an aperitif, it pairs wonderfully with fish dishes, seafood, and fresh goat cheeses. Its balanced acidity and depth of flavor also make it an ideal companion for vegetarian dishes rich in aromatic herbs. Savor the finesse of this Sauvignon Blanc from Chateau Moulin Caresse to elevate any occasion.
