The Moscato grapes are harvested in the first half of September; it is then left to cold decant before a 7-day fermentation. Aging in stainless steel before bottling.
It presents itself to the eye with a greenish yellow color. The nose offers a very seductive floral and fruity bouquet, typical of the grape variety. A satisfying sweet wine, soft, aromatic and elegant on the palate.
A definitely apt choice for Moscato lovers who will satisfy their palate with taste and refinement. The combination with traditional desserts and dry pastries is excellent.
