The Moscato Rosa IGT - Kaltern from Kaltern presents itself as a rosé with a pale pink colour and bright reflections. On the nose it opens with clear, fragrant aromas: rose petals, small red berries with a fresh character and light floral notes reminiscent of meadow flowers. On the palate it is graceful, with a fine texture and acidity that supports the flavours without overpowering them, leaving a pleasantly aromatic finish. The overall impression is one of grace and immediacy, suited to those seeking a ready-to-drink rosé with a marked but unobtrusive aromatic profile.

It is suitable as an aperitif wine or paired with light dishes: salads, seafood starters, fresh cheeses and vegetable-based preparations. Serve chilled, around 8–10 °C, in not overly large glasses to highlight its aromas. Store in a cool place and prefer to consume within a few years of purchase to retain its aromatic vivacity. Its immediate nature makes it a versatile choice for informal occasions and summer menus.
