The Rosato Verona IGT BIO "Rosa di Monte" from Torre Gorgo is a delicate and refined expression of organic viticulture from the Verona region. This rosé wine is produced from vineyards cultivated according to organic farming principles, ensuring not only environmental sustainability but also a high-quality product.

The meticulous attention to grape selection and the delicacy of the winemaking process are reflected in the wine's crystalline pale pink color, through which sparkling nuances hint at its freshness on the palate. The bouquet is fine and complex, with aromatic notes of small red fruits, such as strawberries and raspberries, intertwined with hints of rose and a light touch of pomegranate adding an intriguing dimension to the tasting experience.

Taste-wise, the Rosato Verona IGT BIO "Rosa di Monte" from Torre Gorgo offers a perfect balance between acidity and softness. The inherent vivacity of the acidity in rosé wines is well-balanced by the structure and aromaticity, leaving a fresh and lasting sensation on the palate. Its aromatic persistence ensures a pleasant and sustained finish that invites another sip.

This wine pairs beautifully with light appetizers, fish-based dishes or as an aperitif. It is also an excellent choice to accompany vegetarian dishes or delicate chicken and turkey dishes, enhancing every meal with its refined elegance.

It is recommended to be served chilled, ideally between 8 and 10 degrees Celsius, to enhance all its organoleptic qualities. The organic certification also ensures a careful and sustainable winemaking approach, contributing not only to the health of the consumer but also to that of the planet.

Winery history
The estate is led by the Bricolo family: parents Alberta and Roberto started the business, and it is now managed by their daughter Roberta. According to the winery, it was founded by the parents in 1975; in 2014 the current owners began the conversion to organic viticulture, which resulted in vineyard certification. Over the years the facilities have been expanded with architectural additions focused on hospitality and wine tourism.
Production philosophy
The company's philosophy centers on organic viticulture and sustainability: the organic approach is regarded as an indispensable choice to safeguard health and the land and to enhance the relationship between soil, vine and climate, with winemaking planned already in the vineyard.
Terroir and vineyards
The vineyards are located on the moraine hills around the village of Custoza, in the municipality of Sommacampagna, on glacially derived soils rich in pebbles and calcium carbonate, which impart minerality and salinity to the wines, typical of the Lake Garda area.
Awards and recognitions
Among the recognitions reported by the press and industry platforms are: Tre Bicchieri for the Custoza 'San Michelin'; international awards such as a Silver Medal and mentions in Decanter for the Custoza Superiore 'Summa'; and Mundus Vini medals for wines such as Ca' Nova.
