Muffato Della Sala Umbria IGT 50cl from Castello della Sala - Marchesi Antinori is a white wine noted for its character and the care taken in its 50 cl bottling. It offers a rich, multi-layered aromatic profile: on the nose there are notes of ripe fruit and floral hints, accompanied by delicate spicy nuances; on the palate it shows an enveloping texture and a balance that brings together intensity and freshness while remaining measured and pleasant.

It suits both slow tasting and pairing with cheeses, dry pastries and dishes that highlight soft, complex flavors. Serve it in large glasses at a cool but not freezing temperature, and open the bottle a little in advance to allow the wine to express itself. The 50 cl format is convenient for dinners for two or for those who prefer a smaller portion without giving up a wine of character.
