The Muller Thurgau from Valle Isarco is an authentic expression of one of the most fascinating grape varieties in the alpine areas of Alto Adige. Grown in a unique terroir, characterized by a cool climate and sandy, clayey soils, this white wine stands out for its freshness and aromaticity.

On the eye, the Muller Thurgau presents a straw-yellow color with greenish reflections, typical of its youth. On the nose, one immediately perceives aromatic notes reminiscent of wildflowers, with undertones of peach and green apple aromas. The whole is enriched by a slight hint of aromatic herbs, giving it a pleasant olfactory complexity.

On the palate, the wine is vibrant and well-balanced. The acidity is lively but not aggressive, supporting a structure that carries clearly perceptible fresh fruit flavors and a slightly spicy finish. The aftertaste is clean and persistent, leaving a pleasant sensation of freshness.

The Muller Thurgau from Valle Isarco is ideal as an aperitif or paired with light dishes such as seafood appetizers, fresh salads, or dishes based on chicken and delicate fish. It is also an excellent companion for typical Tyrolean dishes like Speck Alto Adige.

To best appreciate its qualities, it is recommended to serve it at a temperature of 8-10°C. This wine, in addition to being a delight to the palate, tells the story of a territory rich in traditions and passionate about viticulture, which is reflected in every sip.
