The Nebbiolo Rosso Gattinara DOCG 2010 by Torraccia represents an elegant expression of the Nebbiolo grape in the renowned lands of Piedmont, specifically in the Gattinara area. This wine is made from carefully selected grapes, grown on porphyry-rich soils, which give the product minerality and structure. After a controlled fermentation, the wine ages for a long period, partly in wooden barrels that enhance its complexity and tannic texture, integrating tertiary aromas.

In the glass, the Nebbiolo Rosso Gattinara 2010 shows a light ruby color, typical of maturity, accompanied by intense aromas of faded roses, licorice, sweet spices, and hints of undergrowth. The taste surprises with a balance between freshness and structure, with soft tannins and a persistent finish. Excellent paired with game dishes, stewed red meats, or aged cheeses, this Magnum captivates with elegance and longevity, ideal for important moments and slow tastings.
