Discover the elegance and finesse of the Nierstein Riesling Vom Rotliegenden Trocken, a white wine bottled by producer Lisa Bunn. Located in the heart of Germany's wine regions, this Riesling reflects the uniqueness of the Nierstein terroir.

The Nierstein Riesling Vom Rotliegenden is a wine characterized by a dry profile, which fully enhances the purity and intensity of the Riesling grape variety. The uniqueness of this wine already begins with the soil on which the vines are cultivated: the "Rotliegenden," a type of volcanic red soil, well known for imparting distinctive minerality to the wines produced from it.

On the nose, the wine unfolds a complex bouquet, with aromatic notes of white-fleshed fruits like peach and pear, touches of citrus, and a subtle floral vein. Moreover, the influence of the terroir is evident in the mineral nuances that complete the aroma.

On the palate, the Nierstein Riesling presents with a vibrant acidity that balances its dry structure. The flavors of fresh fruit are wrapped in a mineral texture that continues to a long and persistent finish, a hallmark of high-quality Riesling.

Ideal as an aperitif, this wine can also beautifully accompany dishes of fish, seafood, and Asian cuisine, thanks to its freshness and vivacity.

The Nierstein Riesling Vom Rotliegenden Trocken by Lisa Bunn is not just an exemplary example of German Riesling, but a true sensory journey into the heart of Nierstein, telling through each sip the story of its original and prestigious terroir. A refined addition for any wine collection seeking to represent the best examples of Riesling globally.
