Origini Durello - Cortenera is a wine of a straightforward, lively style, characterized by vibrant freshness and an acidity that supports its structure. The aromatic profile evokes fresh citrus, green apple and a subtle herbaceous note, resting on a mineral base that gives tension and immediacy. The sip is dry and well-defined, with a clear progression that highlights balance and cleanliness; the texture remains elegant and the drinking is immediate yet characterful, inviting repetition.

For pairings it suits baked fish, shellfish and grilled vegetables, and easily stands up to more savory preparations such as antipasti of not-too-fat cured meats or fresh cheeses. Serve very cold to emphasize freshness and persistence; also excellent as an aperitif on hot days, it is a white to be enjoyed young to capture its liveliness without giving up a solid structure.
