The Brunello di Montalcino Paesaggio Inatteso from Camigliano, coming from organic farming, displays a composed and restrained profile. On the nose it shows ripe red fruits accompanied by an earthy thread and hints of sweet spices; the floral component is discreet and adds to a sense of harmony.

On the palate it reveals a solid structure without being heavy: well-balanced tannins, lively acidity and a freshness that keeps the sip dynamic and smooth. The finish is persistent and leaves traces of tobacco and licorice that enrich its character. It is suitable for moderate aging, developing complexity in longer-lived vintages; it should be served around 16–18 °C to appreciate its balance. It pairs naturally with red meat dishes, roasts and aged cheeses, but can also stand up to more flavorful preparations without overpowering the plate. A measured Brunello, suited to those seeking elegance and substance.
