The Pecorino IGT from Tenuta Ulisse shows a bright straw-yellow color. On the nose it opens with notes of white-fleshed fruit and citrus, accompanied by floral nuances and a subtle herbaceous hint that enlivens the bouquet. On the palate it is balanced: freshness is supported by pleasant sapidity and a lively yet well-integrated acidity, providing structure without weight. The wine is easy-drinking, with a clean, persistent finish that revisits fruity impressions and a slight almond note.

Versatile, it pairs easily with seafood, composed salads, light pasta dishes and fresh cheeses; it also works well as an aperitif. Serve chilled at around 8–10 °C in glasses that release the aromas. Suitable for informal dinners and everyday menus when a fresh, approachable white is desired.
