The Trebbiano d'Abruzzo DOC from Tenuta Ulisse offers a fresh, slightly saline profile with notes of citrus, green apple and white flowers that appear with subtlety without weighing down the palate. The structure is light and flowing, with pleasant acidity that balances the fruit and keeps the finish lively. It is a white made for immediate drinkability, suitable for everyday consumption yet versatile enough to accompany more complex dishes.

It pairs naturally with seafood starters, delicate fish soups, carpaccio and salads, and also stands up well to grilled vegetables and fresh cheeses. Serve chilled, around 8–10 °C, in not too large glasses to highlight primary aromas. Produced by Tenuta Ulisse, it is a practical and honest choice for those seeking an unassuming Trebbiano d'Abruzzo DOC, intended to accompany meals with balance and lightness. Also suitable for informal aperitifs.
