Pinot Grigio Alto Adige DOC - Cortaccia is born in an area renowned for its exceptional viticultural vocation, characterized by an alpine climate tempered by Mediterranean breezes. This grape variety, among the most widespread in Alto Adige, finds its ideal habitat here, expressing extraordinary elegance and freshness. The wine presents itself with a bright straw-yellow color, accompanied by delicate and complex aromas reminiscent of white-fleshed fruits, such as pear and green apple, enriched by floral and mineral nuances typical of the territory. The aging takes place in steel to preserve purity and aromatic vivacity, with a vibrant balance between acidity and softness on the palate. It proves particularly versatile in pairings, ideal with light appetizers, fish, and vegetable-based dishes, enhancing their freshness without overpowering their flavors. A true example of alpine finesse and terroir.
