The Pinot Grigio Alto Adige DOC from Tenuta J Hofstatter is a white wine with a clear, restrained profile, representative of the region's style. It shows a straw-yellow color with bright highlights. On the nose it offers delicate sensations of white fruit, such as apple and pear, accompanied by citrus accents and a light floral note; all held together by noticeable freshness and a subtle mineral presence that supports the whole without weighing it down.

On the palate it confirms a measured balance between acidity and body, with moderate persistence recalling the fruit and mineral notes perceived on the nose. The tasting impression remains clean and smooth, with a slightly saline finish that invites the next sip. It is suited to early consumption and pairs well with seafood starters, steamed fish or composed salads; it also works as an aperitif. Serve cool, avoiding temperatures that are too low so as not to obscure its aromatic nuances.
