Winery history

Founded in 1907 by Josef Hofstätter; currently run by the Foradori Hofstätter family (Martin Foradori) and grown into one of South Tyrol's major family estates.

Production philosophy

Focus on expressing origin and terroir: single-vineyard ('Vigna') wines (Vigna classification used since 1987), careful vineyard work and emphasis on local grape varieties.
