The Pinot Grigio DOC by Aristos, originating from the picturesque Valle Isarco, is a remarkable white wine that captures the essence of alpine freshness combined with extraordinary refinement. This wine stands out for its pale golden hue and unmistakable aromatic profile.

On the nose, the Aristos Pinot Grigio reveals a delicate and varied bouquet. Notes of white-fleshed fruits like pear and apple blend with floral nuances and a slight herbal touch, providing an intriguing complexity. The influence of the rocky and mineral-rich soil of Valle Isarco is evident in the subtle minerality that pervades the wine's aroma.

On the palate, the first impression is of a lively acidity, masterfully balanced with a medium-light structure. The sip is clean, with a pleasant freshness that lingers, inviting another taste. The fruity characteristics are reaffirmed, enriched by a slightly almond-like finish that adds another layer of complexity.

Suitable to be served on its own as a refined aperitif, this Pinot Grigio is also the perfect companion for light dishes, such as fish-based appetizers, fresh salads, or chicken dishes. Its versatility makes it a must-have in every white wine lover's repertoire.

This Pinot Grigio is not just a beverage but a true expression of the Valle Isarco territory, which Aristos has masterfully and devotedly interpreted. It is an excellent example of how the unique microclimate and terroir of this region can produce high-quality and charismatic white wines.

Over time its production facilities have been renewed and it expanded its public services with a modern wine shop. In 2021 the winery celebrated its 60th anniversary and refreshed its image and labels.
Production philosophy
