This still white wine with a refined taste is born from the vinification of 100% Riesling grapes, rigorously cultivated in the owned vineyards.
A label capable of obtaining the origin of the Denomination of Controlled Origin of Alto Adige Valle Isarco. The vinification is carried out with soft pressing, fermentation at controlled temperature and maturation in stainless steel tanks on the lees, without malolactic fermentation.
At sight it shows a straw yellow color, rich in greenish reflections. Clearly fruity hints of peach and apricot rise to the nose, a fragrant and pleasant wine, decidedly fresh and aromatic. The taste is elegant and structured, with spicy notes of nutmeg and fruit that captivate the palate.
Perfect to serve in combination with fish and shellfish; ideal as an aperitif or as a glass to be enjoyed with light appetizers.
