The Riesling DOC from the Isarco Valley represents a winemaking gem of Alto Adige, a region renowned for its excellent winemaking tradition and breathtaking landscapes. This wine is the result of meticulously selected Riesling grapes cultivated in the cool and sunny mountain valleys, where the mineral-rich soil and optimal sun exposure impart the wine with unique and distinctive characteristics.

The Isarco Valley is known for its aromatic white wines, and Riesling is one of its finest representatives. This wine is distinguished by its intensely floral and fruity aromatic profile; the nose immediately reveals notes of white peach, citrus, and subtle hints of rose and jasmine, blending seamlessly with an almost tangible minerality. On the palate, the lively acidity is well-balanced, making for a fresh yet complex sip, with a pleasantly lingering aftertaste.

The winemaking process for the Riesling DOC from the Isarco Valley follows traditional methods that respect the fruit and enhance its qualities. The grapes are hand-harvested to ensure the integrity of the clusters, and fermentation takes place at controlled temperatures to preserve the delicate varietal aromas.

This wine is ideal as an aperitif or paired with delicate fish dishes, seafood, and Asian cuisine, enhancing each culinary experience with its distinctive freshness and vibrancy. A true gem for lovers of high-quality white wines, the Riesling DOC from the Isarco Valley is a testament to the winemaking excellence of Alto Adige, capable of enchanting from the very first sip.

Over time its production facilities have been renewed and it expanded its public services with a modern wine shop. In 2021 the winery celebrated its 60th anniversary and refreshed its image and labels.
Production philosophy
