A Pinot Noir of fine finesse, Piero Benevelli's Langhe DOC 2020 shows a light ruby color and an unpretentious, elegant profile. On the nose ripe red fruits emerge — cherry and raspberry — with subtle floral hints and a slight earthy note that adds depth. The palate is smooth, dominated by fresh acidity and silky tannins: balance and lightness are the keys, with a medium body that allows for a pleasant savory finish. It can be enjoyed both young and after a few years in bottle, served around 14–16 °C and given a short aeration if you wish to round out the initial impression.

Versatile at the table, it pairs well with cured meats and mushroom dishes, flavorful white meats and medium-aged cheeses; ideal for those seeking a Pinot Noir of understated character, rooted in its territory but immediately drinkable.
