The Pinot Nero Riserva Alto Adige DOC Glen from the Cortaccia winery represents a genuine tribute to its production area, located in Alto Adige, renowned for its unique combination of Alpine climate and Mediterranean influences.

This wine is made from carefully selected Pinot Nero grapes, fully reflecting the characteristics of this elegant and refined variety. The aging takes place in wooden barrels, which impart structure and complexity, enhancing the fruity and spicy notes typical of Pinot Nero. In the glass, it shows a bright ruby color and a bouquet of ripe cherries, wild strawberries, and delicate balsamic hints.

On the palate, softness and finesse emerge, with balanced tannins and a enveloping persistence, ideal paired with white meats, mushroom-based dishes, and aged cheeses. A Pinot Nero of great personality that expresses the vocation and passion of the Cortaccia winery.
