The Plateo Montepulciano d'Abruzzo Riserva DOC by Agriverde embodies the elegance and richness typical of wines from Abruzzo. Made exclusively with high-quality Montepulciano grapes, this wine brings the intense passion and traditional savoir-faire of the Agriverde winery into the glass.

With a deep ruby red color that is almost impenetrable, it preludes a complex bouquet where notes of ripe red fruits like plum and cherry stand out, enriched by spicy nuances of licorice, tobacco, and a slight touch of cocoa. With aging, earthy and leather tones also emerge, adding further depth to the aromatic profile.

On the palate, the Plateo Riserva reveals itself as structured and robust, with well-present but elegant tannins that ensure a satisfying and prolonged drink. The balance between acidity and alcohol is impeccable, resulting in a wine of great harmony and long-lasting taste.

Aged in oak barrels for about 12-14 months and subsequently in the bottle, this Montepulciano d'Abruzzo Riserva is the result of a meticulous winemaking process aimed at enhancing the varietal characteristics and the typical Abruzzo terroir.

Ideal for accompanying rich dishes of red meats, game, and aged cheeses, the Plateo Riserva is a wine that can be appreciated immediately but also promises excellent aging potential. A jewel that enriches the table of every connoisseur, celebrating with every sip the richness of Italian viticulture.
