On the palate it is round and enveloping, with balanced sweetness and soft tannins supporting the structure, finishing with a persistent fruity note without heaviness. It is an approachable Port aimed at immediate enjoyment rather than complexity. Well suited as an after-dinner drink or for convivial moments, classic pairings include dark chocolate, biscuits, blue cheeses and fruit-based desserts.
