Querciabella, a winery renowned for its commitment to organic and biodynamic agriculture, produces this wine following ethical and sustainable principles, which not only respect the environment but also aim to express the utmost purity and authenticity of the Tuscan terroir.

The selection of Sangiovese grapes for the Chianti Classico DOCG takes place from the best plots of Querciabella vineyards, located in some of the most suitable areas of the denomination, where the soil rich in marl and alberese gives the wine a marked minerality and structure. Winemaking is conducted with the aim of enhancing the varietal characteristics and the connection with the territory, resulting in a wine that is both powerful and elegant, with an aging capacity that also makes it suitable for storage in the cellar.

In a practical 375ml format, ideal for those who want to enjoy a high quality wine in moderate portions or for small occasions, the Querciabella Chianti Classico DOCG has a brilliant ruby red colour. On the nose, the wine offers a rich and complex bouquet, with notes of cherry, raspberry and violet, enriched by nuances of aromatic herbs, wet earth and a subtle spicy vein, evidence of the well-integrated aging in wood.

In the mouth, the freshness and liveliness of the acidity balance perfectly with the softness of the tannins and the richness of the fruit, leading to a long and persistent finish, with an aftertaste that recalls the olfactory notes and adds a pleasant sensation of cleanliness on the palate .

Ideal in combination with traditional Tuscan cuisine, such as Florentine steak, dishes based on porcini mushrooms or mature cheeses, the Querciabella Chianti Classico DOCG in the 375ml format is also an excellent choice for those looking for a meditation wine, capable of offer a rich sensorial experience even outside of meals.
