The Recioto della Valpolicella Fiorato di Mezzina is an exceptional sweet wine born in the heart of Valpolicella, a region renowned for the Venetian winemaking tradition. Made primarily with Corvina, Rondinella, and Molinara grapes, this Recioto best expresses the aromatic richness typical of the hilly areas from which it comes. The drying technique, essential for concentrating sugars and aromas, gives the wine a enveloping and intense character.

In the glass, it appears with a deep ruby red color, while the aroma releases scents of ripe cherry, candied red fruits, sweet spices, and a delicate harmony of vanilla due to the aging process. The palate is full, elegant, and balanced by a fresh acidic vein that guarantees persistence and finesse. Ideal paired with desserts based on dark chocolate or aged cheeses, it is an experience of sweetness and complexity that celebrates the Veronese tradition in every sip.
