Discover the effervescent charm of Ribolla Gialla Spumante Brut "Yellow Pearl" by Piera Martellozzo, a sparkling wine that captivates with its elegance and freshness. This sparkling wine is made exclusively from Ribolla Gialla grapes, an indigenous variety from Friuli Venezia Giulia, known for its extraordinary acidity and liveliness.

Piera Martellozzo's Ribolla Gialla Spumante Brut presents a delicate straw yellow color, with fine and persistent bubbles that hint at the quality and refinement of the product. On the nose, the freshness of white-fleshed fruits, such as pear and apple, is immediately evident, accompanied by subtle floral notes and a touch of bread crust, a result of aging on the lees.

On the palate, liveliness takes the lead: the attack is fresh, almost crunchy, followed by a pleasant softness that perfectly balances the acidity. The finish is clean and persistent, with a return of fruity and slightly mineral sensations that invite another sip.

Ideal as an aperitif, Ribolla Gialla Spumante Brut "Yellow Pearl" by Piera Martellozzo is also an excellent companion for fish dishes, seafood, and vegetarian cuisine. Its versatility makes it perfect for accompanying an entire meal, especially during the warmer months.

This wine is not only an example of the wine heritage of Friuli Venezia Giulia but also a testament to the commitment of the Piera Martellozzo winery in producing quality sparkling wines. A true gem to discover, "Yellow Pearl" promises to bring a breeze of freshness and festivity to any table.

Winery history
The company’s history dates back to the late 19th century, with the first generation of the Martellozzo family active in 1899 in the province of Padua. In the 1990s Piera, of the third generation, took the helm of the business, began re-evaluating indigenous grape varieties and launched its first organic line. In the early 2000s the headquarters were consolidated in San Quirino, in the Friuli Grave area, serving as the starting point for expansion into national and international markets.
Production philosophy
The estate combines respect for the land with an innovative approach: careful selection of well‑suited vineyard parcels, the production of wines that reflect the local territory, and a focus on sustainable practices through measures such as photovoltaic systems, lightweight packaging, water reuse and careful selection of label materials.
Terroir and vineyards
Primarily operating in Friuli-Venezia Giulia, with ties to the Triveneto region; the wines are an expression of gravelly soils and a microclimate tempered by the Adriatic and sheltered by the mountains to the north.
