The Riesling Grand Cru Bruderthal from Domaine Neumeyer is an extraordinary example that reflects the excellence of the Alsatian terroir. Coming from one of the most prestigious areas, the Grand Cru Bruderthal, this wine stands out for its aromatic complexity and palate refinement.

In appearance, it features a bright golden yellow color that hints at the richness of the aromas. On the nose, vibrant notes of white-fleshed fruits like peaches and pears emerge, interspersed with nuances of white flowers and a distinctive mineral touch, typical of the limestone soils in this area.

On the palate, the Riesling Grand Cru Bruderthal is elegantly balanced. Its lively acidity dances among flavors of ripe citrus and light minerality, leading to a long and persistent finish that leaves a pleasantly fresh and clean impression.

This wine is ideal for accompanying refined fish dishes or lightly spiced Asian cuisine, thanks to its ability to balance intense flavors while maintaining a lovely freshness. Also excellent as an aperitif, the Riesling Grand Cru Bruderthal promises to evolve magnificently in the years to come.

Over time the property has enhanced its local vineyards and begun the transition to organic methods, developing a production focused on expressing the terroir and the individual parcels.
Production philosophy
The work is based on expressing the terroir: organic viticulture practices, hand-harvesting, parcel selection, restrained winemaking with indigenous yeasts, and extended ageing on the lees to preserve the raw material and the personality of the wines.

Vineyards located in northern Alsace, with a significant presence in the Grand Cru Bruderthal. Muschelkalk/marly-limestone soils characterize the terroirs of the communes of Molsheim, Mutzig and Avolsheim.
