The Riseis Passerina BIO by Agriverde is an organic white wine that enchants with its freshness and authenticity. The Passerina grape variety, typically from Abruzzo, is cultivated following strict organic standards to preserve the purity and expression of the local terroir. The IGP (Indicazione Geografica Protetta) designation ensures that every drop of this wine is produced following specific methods and that the grapes come exclusively from this renowned Italian region.

With a straw-yellow color and greenish reflections, the Riseis Passerina BIO offers a delicate yet complex aromatic bouquet. Notes of white flowers blend with hints of white-fleshed fruit like peach and subtle nuances of aromatic herbs. On the palate, it is fresh and well-balanced, with a pleasant acidity that makes it lively and inviting. Its elegance and structure are the result of controlled fermentation and brief aging in stainless steel tanks, which preserve the integrity and natural flavors of the grape.

This wine is ideal for pairing with fish dishes, seafood, or light appetizers. It also pairs perfectly with vegetarian cuisine and dishes based on aromatic herbs. Serve it chilled, between 8 and 10 degrees, to fully enjoy its qualities.

The Riseis Passerina BIO by Agriverde is not just a wine; it is an expression of the winery's sustainability philosophy, committed to producing high-quality wines with respect for the environment. An excellent choice for those seeking a wine that is good not only for the palate but also for the planet.
