Roero Arneis DOCG Villata is a white wine from Vite Colte. Its name refers to the Roero Arneis DOCG designation and the Arneis grape, offering a clear reference for anyone looking for a white wine associated with this identity. It suits an everyday meal as well as a convivial occasion, when a white wine is wanted to accompany a range of dishes without making the glass the sole focus of the meal.

It can be served with starters, vegetable dishes, fish or lighter recipes; the specific choice depends on the preparation and personal preference. It is also a possible option for an aperitif, alongside simple snacks. The available information does not specify the vintage, aromatic profile or winemaking methods, so it is best not to attribute characteristics that have not been stated. A straightforward choice for anyone wishing to explore an Arneis from Roero by Vite Colte, guided by the designation and wine type shown on the label.

Winery history
Vite Colte was established as a project focused on quality selection linked to the historic cooperative Terre da Vino. The initiative was launched in 2010, and the Vite Colte range of wines was brought to market a few years later, with the first bottlings publicly available from the mid-2010s.
Production philosophy
The production philosophy places the vineyard at the center: shared agronomic protocols with member growers to ensure low yields, manual canopy management, hand harvesting and careful attention to grape ripeness. The aim is a consistent quality standard through integrated pest management and areas of the vineyard in conversion to, or managed under, organic farming.
