A glance at the Rosato di Negroamaro Salento IGP immediately reveals its fascinating cherry pink color, inviting you to discover its rich aromas. On the nose, this wine offers a complex bouquet where notes of fresh berries, such as strawberries and raspberries, intertwine with delicate floral nuances and a hint of pomegranate. Freshness is a distinguishing feature of this rosé, becoming even more evident on the palate.

In the mouth, Paolo Leo’s Rosato di Negroamaro Salento IGP is lively and harmonious, with an excellent balance between acidity and softness. The flavors of fresh red fruit blend with a light spiciness that adds complexity to the sip, while a pleasant aromatic persistence makes the finish long and satisfying.
