The Rosato Frizzante IGT "Rossetto" by Stefano Berti shows a pale pink with bright highlights and a fine, persistent perlage. On the nose it offers a fruity profile dominated by small red fruits and meadow flowers, with hints of bread crust from the light foam. On the palate it is fresh and flowing, with lively acidity and good sapidity that balance the slender body; the finish remains clean and easy to drink.

It works well as an aperitif and pairs with cold starters, salads, simply prepared fish dishes and fresh cheeses. To highlight its freshness we recommend serving it between 6 and 8 °C in wide glasses to allow the aromas to emerge. Store in a cool, dark place; also well suited to informal occasions.
