On the palate it is frank and balanced, with soft tannins and an acidity that supports drinkability. The structure is moderate, suitable both for everyday conviviality and for pairings with regional cuisine: tomato-based sauces, grilled white and red meats, cured meats and medium-aged cheeses. Recommended serving temperature around 16–18 °C to appreciate the aromas and pleasant finishing persistence. A wine to drink with attention, without pretension and with the typical directness of Romagna Sangiovese.
