The Rosato IGT Isola dei Nuraghi "Serra Lori" by Argiolas is a wine that embodies the tradition and innovation of Sardinian viticulture, offering a fresh and dynamic interpretation of the island's unique terroir. The Argiolas winery, located in the heart of Sardinia, is renowned for its dedication to enhancing native varieties through sustainable practices and a careful approach to winemaking, which aims to produce high-quality wines that fully express the identity of the territory.

"Serra Lori" is produced from a blend of typically Sardinian grapes, including Carignano, Bovale and Monica, which give the wine a rich aromatic palette and a pleasant complexity. The selection of these varieties underlines Argiolas' commitment to enhancing the island's viticultural heritage, combining the different characteristics of the grapes to obtain a balanced and expressive rosé.

The vinification of "Serra Lori" involves a short cold maceration of the grapes to extract color and primary aromas, followed by fermentation at a controlled temperature in stainless steel tanks. This process allows the freshness and liveliness of the fruit to be maintained, resulting in a wine that reflects the essence of the varietal blend and the typical freshness of quality rosés.

Visually, the wine presents itself with a bright and inviting pink color. On the nose, "Serra Lori" offers an intense aromatic expression, with notes of fresh red fruits such as strawberries and cherries, enriched by floral nuances and a touch of aromatic herbs, which give depth and complexity.

In the mouth, the rosé reveals a beautiful acidity and a balanced structure, with flavors that faithfully reflect the olfactory sensations. The liveliness of the red fruits combines with a light minerality, leading to a fresh and persistent finish, which invites another sip.

Ideal as an aperitif or paired with light starters, fish dishes, white meats and fresh cheeses, the Rosato IGT Isola dei Nuraghi "Serra Lori" by Argiolas is an excellent choice for those looking for a wine that combines the Sardinian winemaking tradition with a pleasant freshness and drinkability, making it perfect for different occasions and gastronomic combinations.
