The Rosato IGT Umbria by Tenuta di Salviano is a wine that captures the essence of Umbrian viticulture, a region rich in history and winemaking tradition in the heart of Italy. The Tenuta di Salviano, located on the shores of Lake Corbara, is known for its dedication to the production of wines that reflect the quality and uniqueness of the local terroir, taking advantage of the particular climatic conditions and fertile volcanic soils to cultivate vines that express their potential better.

Salviano's Rosato IGT Umbria is produced mainly from Sangiovese grapes, a vine that in this region finds the ideal conditions to develop a rich aromatic expressiveness and a pleasant acidity. To this we can add other local and international varieties, selected to give the wine greater complexity and distinctive character.

The vinification of Rosato di Salviano involves a short maceration in contact with the skins to extract color and aromas, followed by fermentation at a controlled temperature in stainless steel tanks. This method allows you to preserve the freshness and liveliness of the fruit, essential characteristics for a quality rosé.

At sight, the wine presents a beautiful pale and bright pink color, which anticipates its freshness and inviting pleasantness. On the nose, the Rosato IGT Umbria reveals a delicate and fragrant bouquet, with notes of small red fruits, such as strawberries and raspberries, enriched with floral nuances and a light mineral note, which reflect the influence of the volcanic terroir.

In the mouth, the wine surprises with its harmony and balance, with good acidity that supports its structure and a pleasant freshness that pervades the palate. The flavors of fresh red fruit blend with light herbaceous and mineral notes, leading to a clean and persistent finish, which invites the next drink.

Ideal as an aperitif or paired with light appetizers, fish-based dishes, white meats and grilled vegetables, the Rosato IGT Umbria by Tenuta di Salviano is an authentic expression of Umbria's winemaking potential, capable of offering a pleasant tasting experience fresh and versatile, suitable for various convivial occasions.
