Obtained mainly from native grape varieties, this rosé stands out for its delicate cherry-pink color that announces a vertical and savory sip. The aging, meticulously cared for, enhances a vibrant freshness well balanced by floral scents and light fruity notes of strawberry and cherry. On the nose, elegant and fragrant aromas typical of the Tuscan territory emerge, anticipating a soft palate with mineral returns and a pleasant persistence. Ideal to accompany light summer dishes, such as seafood salads or grilled white meats, this rosé is a versatile companion that celebrates simplicity and elegance. A perfect wine for those seeking an authentic taste of Tuscany, capable of telling of its climate, soil, and the passion of the winemakers.
